A Minecraft server for dweebs
This mod pack is all about having fun! We all crave some excitement, and we certainly think this delivers. There are endless possibilities and gameplay features to mix and match. Go on epic adventures, uncover hidden treasures, explore new worlds, capture some creatures, unleash your creative side, and automate to your heart's content.
First time install instructions
Ensure you have a good enough PC. With this mod pack Minecraft will use 5-6GB of RAM. A minimum of 16GB of total system RAM is recommended. You can see your system's specifications by right-clicking on the Windows logo on your bottom taskbar and going to "System".
Download the mod pack using the link above. Save the ZIP file somewhere you can remember. Do not open or extract the file.
If you have not done so already, download and install the CurseForge launcher.
Open Minecraft from the Home screen on the CurseForge launcher, then in your mod pack list, click "Create Custom Profile" in the upper-right
Click "Import" where it says "Or import a previously created profile" and open your previously saved AGD Pack.zip file.
CurseForge will automatically install all mods. Click "Play" once finished.
The Minecraft launcher will open. Make sure "AGD Pack" is selected in the bottom-left, then click "Play"
It will take some time for Minecraft to load all of the mods. Minecraft may hang and stop responding on "REGISTERING twilightforest:enforcement / REGISTERING twilightforest:tiny_bird_variant". THIS IS NORMAL. It may take over 5 minutes for it to respond correctly even on fast computers.
The AGD server will already be in the list under Multiplayer.Â
Enjoy!
Update instructions
Download the "AGD Pack Update" above. (This will take some time)
Open the downloaded "AGD-mods-v*.zip" file. Leave that window open.
3. Open Curseforge > Minecraft. Right-click on your AGD Pack and select "Open Folder".
4. On the opened "AGD Pack" folder window, right-click on the "mods" folder and select "delete".
5. On the previously opened "AGD-mods-v*.zip" file, click and drag the "mods" folder, then drop it into the "AGD Pack" folder.Â
Be very careful not to drop it into another folder. Drop it into blank space within the window. This window should appear, showing it is copying to "AGD Pack".
6. Close the opened "AGD-mods-v*" folder window and the "AGD Pack" folder window. (You can also now delete the downloaded zip as it's no longer needed)
7. Go back to your Curseforge launcher and play!
